Last year, he fed them carrot pieces, but this year, he fed them the little pellet food... which meant he had to let them lick them off his palm. I thought he'd freak out about them getting their mouth that close, or at least about them actually licking him, given he never wants his hands dirty, but just look at this face:
Punkin's 2nd favorite thing about the State Fair?
This:
Dude is smart. Seriously, if you do go to the Fair and don't visit the "Pineapple Whip" stand, you're crazy. I recommend the authentic Pineapple Whip stand... you'll know it when you see it... it's in the shape of a Pineapple! Don't settle for the imposters!
(Note, Punkin is actually drinking an Orange Dream (minus the cream), and I'd have to say, it's also delicious.)
I've added this post to the WW fun at to be thode , Two of a Kind, and 5 minutes for mom
So cute!!!
ReplyDeleteI knew this would happen...I am all sad and jealous that I didn't get to go to the fair with you! I want what the little guy has!! MMMM!!! Next year, my friend. Next year. But I will not be feeding any goats. blech!
ReplyDeleteNext year, indeed! Though feel free to visit before then too! There's much to do in Indiana besides the fair!
ReplyDeleteAnd you'll notice I stayed behind the camera and didn't feed any goats myself! ;)
Feeding the animals is such fun. My kids like it too, but try not to get too close.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteFair time already? Looks like fun-I can't wait to take mine in Oct!
ReplyDeleteLove the expression on his face in the last photo!
ReplyDeleteCould he be any cuter? Where do you get his hair cut? We're trying to let Eli's get longer and every place I go butchers it with clippers.
ReplyDeletelast night we spent far too much time in the cow nursery waiting for a big cow mama to give birth. We left at 9pm, I'm guessing the birthday was around 10ish.
ReplyDeleteIsn't the fair a magical place?
